Toys for CHOC
Since 2003, GRANTS WISHES has been making toy deliveries to CHOC and their surrounding clinics. We service more than fifteen treasure boxes throughout the community. Our locations include: KD’s Donuts in Anaheim, McPherson Magnet School in Orange, Anaheim Hills Elementary, Canyon Rim Elementary, Crescent Elementary, Hephatha Lutheran Preschool and Wagner Elementary.

Once our boxes are filled, we transport all of the items to CHOC. From there, children and teenagers select a toy from the treasure boxes following a procedure to help redirect their attention to something fun and exciting.
If you, your organization, or your office is interested in hosting a Toys for CHOC drive, please contact us. Individuals of all ages can help sponsor a toy drive! Rachel, an 8th grader from Travis Ranch Middle School in Yorba Linda, started a collection drive within her leadership program, WEB, and collected various toys for infants, children, and teenagers. Also, Aaron celebrated his 8th birthday by donating toys to GRANTS WISHES instead of receiving gifts. We are amazed by the young philanthropists who give so much of themselves by thinking of others. Our boxes could not be filled without the help of these young kids wanting to help other kids in need. It fills us with pride to have such great young leaders in our community.
Here are some items that are needed: coloring books, crayons, small toys, Happy Meals Toys in their original packaging, play dough, nail polish, board games, Legos, socks, hats, reading books and $5 gift cards. Please note that everything must be new and unused.

Thank you to David Parsons & Hug4Wishes
Unfortunately, David Parsons' Guiness World Record attempt didn't meet the goal of 1 man, 24 hours = 10,000 hugs. It all took place at ESPN Zone at LA Live and Staples Center in Los Angeles on January 20th, 11 PM, to January 21st, 11 PM.
Thank you to the Dollar Shave Club. As a Pledge/Sponsor a Hug, we were able to grant Sedona's wish!
