We qualify for grants like this because of our low overhead costs. Our events are designed to pay for themselves as well as overhead costs. Happy Meal Toy Collections for Kids Ages 0-22
We have made deliveries to CHOC for 7 years filling treasure boxes almost monthly with the help of Michele Adair. Our deliveries usually fill all the treasures chests in the clinics at CHOC, St. Joseph Emergency Room, Pavilion Lab and Radiology. We also delivered boxes of larger toys, boxes full of crayons and markers for the oncology clinic. Heidi’s holiday party guests donated gift cards for teenagers in lieu of hostess gifts. Grant’s brother, Trent has been collecting wrapped Happy Meal Toys for the treasure boxes at CHOC since 2003. He has also collected color books and crayons since 1996 for CHOC on the anniversary of his Heart Transplant every December. There are now collection boxes at McPherson Magnet School and KD’s Donuts and Wagner Elementary in Placentia. Many wonderful people have helped spread the word. The donations have increased due to collections by local girl scout troops, businesses, friends and family. A special thank you to Michelle Adair for helping get the word out and helping with the delivery. We’d love to have your help too. We need more teenage and infant items.
If you would like to donate toys, please call (714) 998-6039

Our Symphony of Art event held at the CSUF Art Museum on April 10, 2009 was a great success with the Starbucks donated art on display. The Tropez Boutique fashion event on April 23, 2009 was full of style and fun. We had great silent auctions and opportunity drawings. Donated items contributed significantly to the success and fun of the events. GRANT'S Legacy
Seven years ago on November 23rd 2002 the Sullivan’s lost their youngest son Grant when he was just 6 years old. Grant lost his battle to neuroblastoma, 5 months after his relapse which to say the least has been very difficult. Their oldest son’s good friend, Bart was 17 years old when he lost his cancer battle after 4 years of treatments on March 29, 2004. GRANTS WISHES evolved from the passing of these two wonderful boys and others who lost their lives to cancer with the help of family & friends.
We honor all their memories by granting 2nd wishes and we couldn’t do it without the help of people like you. GRANTS WISHES, Inc. is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the tax code. Contributions to GRANTS WISHES, Inc. are deductible under section 170 of the tax code. GRANTS WISHES is a non-profit 501C(3) foundation.
