| In March of 2010, an agreement was made between GRANTS WISHES and the Kaiser Permanante Hospital - Anaheim to identify all Pediatric Oncology patients being treated that meet the following criteria for the GRANTS WISHES PROGRAM: |
1. The pediatric patient must be referred to GRANTS WISHES by a member of the oncology team.
2. The referred pediatric patient must have recurring or long term cancer.
3. The pediatric patient must have already received a wish from another organization or not qualify for one from any other wish organization.

The Oncology Child life Specialist at Kaiser Permanante Hospital Anaheim expects to request 2-5 wishes for qualified children within the next year.
In 2010 two wishes were granted to Kaiser oncology patients. |
