Happy Meal & Toy Collections for Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC)
|
Happy Meal Toy Drive - Your school, church, girl scout troop, boy scout pack, organization or business can have a one time or ongoing wrapped Happy Meal Toy Drive. We will pick up your collection and we will fill the treasure boxes in the treatment rooms in the hospital and clinics. The children select a toy from the treasure box following a procedure redirecting their attention to something fun.
Host your own Toy Drive - Invite your family and friends and ask that they bring an unwrapped new toy for children of all ages 0-21 or crayons & colorbooks, playdough, DVD's, Playstation games, and Teen items to also be given out by the hospital staff at times of need. These kids fighting cancer are spending hours, days, weeks and months undergoing treatments and with toys and small things as listed above provide wonderful distractions during their hospital stays.
